I also got a hold of VA. my ratings were sent to PEB on 26 October, still no 199

Ok, I will sign out of the Military next month. Im hoping that severence gets to me within 30 days.

Ok called my MSC and she finally told me that my rating 10/60, works for me. 14 years worth of severence pay is nothing to laugh at. now all I need is my 199

damn, im from Bliss. I called the 800 number and all they told me was my ratings were done on October 31. looks like we are in identical tracks. every day I wait for that damn 199.

Yep. I called and they are "hoping" that the system will be up tomorrow

The PEB and PDA systems have been down for two weeks, I talked to the PDA and they said the system should be up on monday and that it will be like opening a flood gate
