I was returned in the IRILO stage, its just frustrating when they spent 60+ days for a decision and it was returned to duty. I appreicate your reply thank you for all the insight!

Good morning all, I am just curious if anything can be done once you're returned to duty? I was returned with a C-2 code. Backgroud: I have been dealing with back issues for the past 4-6 years and recently have had 2 back surgeries in the last 2 years, haven't PT tested in about 3 years...

Back, I've had 2 surguries in 2 years. most recent was a 2 lvl fusion. yours? Havent taken a PT test in over 2 years restrictions out the ass lol. idk why they wanna keep me but all well, nothing can be done now! Happy for you though! Let me know how your LEDS process goes!

same here man, im hopeful that we're going to get the decisions we want out of this but im really just over it at this point. I've been 37 coded since Mar and just want an answer.

well damn lol she did say she spoke with medical standards, but didnt say a date of when she did, so maybe that is all the current information they have!

PUEBLO just emailed me back (couldn't wait till this afternoon lol) She said they're currently working on May 5th cases so you should find out this week, told me that I might hear something first part of next week!

Yeah, I've thought about it too, but I've already waited this long so what's a little more time at this point. Plus, I don't want to deal with submitting VA stuff once I get out because then that's even more time waiting
