No, PEBLO cannot hold your findings for the fun of it. If your case is closed and then the VA has sent your findings to the PEB. You are going to have to wait approximately 30 days. Then he will call you when he gets them back.

Wait, you signed mid march and didn't get orders until late march? And why did the PEB take so long in sending the notification? that's ridiculous. Once the peblo sends it up it takes that long for them to get to it?
