Well the process is seemily over for me. I just got my new EAS and retirement date of May 30. They are figuring out my terminal leave and such and working on getting me out. I still ahve to do a finally physical and all that which I find amusing only becasue the last year and half was one giant...

Any body know anything about CRSC pay? All of my findings have been considered combat relates and I've been told I should be able to receive it just want to know more about it

Cjfred, once you the VA has switched your ebenefits to Pending Decision Approval it is a matter of weeks. Mine took about three weeks, but a lot of others got theirs back faster. So basically any day know you should know your findings. Believe me we are all in the same boat about this process...

Quick update I just got my findings back I haven't had much time to review only that I got 90% VA and 80% DOD. I will be talking to the lawyer for this but I am going to accept and get out the door. I'll keep everyone informed and up to date on the timelines still. Thanks again everyone and...

I'm a reservist but i have been on active duty through out this whole process as it was from a deployment injuries and they just kept me on.

Well ladies and gentleman I am rapidly approaching a month from when my case was finished by the VA, and the PEB still hasn't gotten back to my PEBLO. I am loosing it this is just getting ridiculous like seriously cause look at what the VA says for a percentage and match it with the unfitting...

If anyone was waiting for the finding to come back my PEBLO just informed me that because of the VA backlog and them trying to fix it they have been sending the PEB a ton of VA findings all at once. So that means the PEB is now getting a ton of these claims at once and will be completing them...

Question: Does anyone know how long the PEB has once they have the VA ratings to come back with their ratings and their form? I was told that on Feb 11, the VA finished there ratings completely and forwarded it to the PEB. I know Frank had said his came back in about a week, but I was wondering...
