Have you gotten any answers on this? I just finished terminal leave and my final pay and severance pay should be coming in soon. Looking for a timeline to expect.

My orders say 11 years 5 months and 22 days. Is that how your severance pay was calculated? Not to the nearest year right? Like for example, since I didn’t serve the full year those 5 months and 22 day still get calculated into the payment or just 11 years?
