Thats what i figured, but i was really hoping it wouldnt drag the process out even more. I should've added it in the previous post but my IDES attorney did say the VA mailed to the PEB, maybe that wasnt true.

Our timelines are really similar. Here's mine: Case Sent to PEB: December 15, 2022 Found Unfit: January 9, 2023 I called the VA today and was told no proposed ratings yet. I hope you get good info soon!

Then why would the MSC say "The VA rating team has been working on your claim since 07DEC22" ?

I'm in the same boat. with VA since 07DEC22, found unfit 07JAN23. When i talked to VERA the guy told me "you wont know your VA rating until you submit your DD-214". Additionally, he gave me a phone number to call and follow up with that nobody answers so i'm pretty upset about that. I hope you...
