I am at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. I signed my 199 March 10. 80% Army 100% VA and PDRL. Saw my MSC and did the checkout interview. How long till I hear from personnel regarding my retirement orders? I have 60 Days of Leave in addition to 20 days Permissive TDY.

Victoria what branch of the service are you in? From an Army stand point, an Admin Separation, i.e. Body Weight can not be done, a conduct seperation can be carried out.

I just heard from MEB at Walter Reed. The MEB Doctor has approved my profile and refered me to MEB. I meet with my Peblo Thursday morning at 0900. SHe wants a bunch of things including my original physical from MEPS. I hope I still have that.

I turned in my profile to the MEB office last Friday. They said it now has to be reviewed by the MEB Doctors and they decide if I go to MEB. I was told minimum10 business days. 2 questions: What are the chances that even though my Dr. feels I need to go to MEB, that the MEB Doctor will say...

It does help. My Doctor's supervisor approved it on the 3rd which would make 2 weeks on Friday. I know some one gave me a number to call them directly. I am not too sure about that if it is the right thing. What are your thoughts about someone calling MEB/PEBLO and getting their own board started?

Ok...from my understanding your Doctor had to issue a profile and mark needs MEB. HOw long from the date that was approved did your MEB start?

I am going to go through Bethesda/WRNMMC. I am actually stationed at the University there but trying to get moved to the actual hospital because the stress of being back at the university is not helping my recovery. So are you saying I can call the MEB Office myself and get the ball rolling?

How long after you got you P3 profile approved and MEB was recommended before you heard anything. My Behavioral Health Doctor wrote the profile and it was approved last week. Also I was informed by my CO that I was being refered. HAve heard nothing since.
