I got 60%, so I assume I got it based on incapacitating episodes, not ROM. My ROM would have only gotten me like 30% or something. But maybe you misunderstood my post because I wasn't asking a question about that... Either way, thanks anyway.

So I got my ratings back today. I got perm retirement and 60% DoD, with 80% VA. They only rated my spine as unfitting and gave me 60% for it, which must be based on incapacitating episodes. I only got 50% for my mental health, which I think should be higher and could even be unfitting at this...
