Jason: Read thru the DoD's Policy memo on IDES. Appedix 10 to Attachment 4, para 2.b., allows the IPEB to differ with the VA and use a different diagnostic code. Guess that's what's happened to me. AF was actually more generous, and from what I can tell, more accurate, in their diagnosis.
