I would call the place that did your head to toe exam and ask about the status. There’s no reason it should be taking this long to be uploaded. I’ve seen some cases on this forum where the “general” exam had to be redone because the original exam wasn’t uploaded in time.

Sounds like once your PEBLO receives the exams, it should also come with the PEB results of fit/unfit as well as the DoD and VA proposed ratings. Hopefully I’m right.
