Who knows the timeline for the FPEB. My PEBLO submitted my appeal papers on February 7th. he said it will take 2-3 weeks to hear from a lawyer from DC. any ideas or comments on timeline.

My PEBLO called me yesterday. i got 60%? I'm going to appeal the VA ratings. not sure how they think im 60% when all the doctors believe i should be 100.

I was told by my PEBLO that is taking 6-8 weeks. The VA send my ratings back to the PEB for QA on Dec 2, 2019 so i'm hoping to know my VAratings sometime next week.

All my claims are display but they are open. i was told they will stay open until my last day in the Navy. The VA.gov is the one that reads claim was closed on Nov 27th.

I was found unfit Oct 27 and my case was closed on va.gov on Nov 27. i'm still waiting for ratings or the letter.
