    That was for my case every case is different. They try to resolve it without going all the way to formal you should have Soldiers Councal or Jag rep what ever branch your in to give guidance. My Narsaam had combat remarks too so it was cut and dry

    Yes 30% is the same as if you retired as a 20 year retiree Tricare for your family, PX, commisary, etc. The CRSC is a supplement is you were injured in combat or combat simulation you have to apply separtly with HRC your branch with supporting documents the v codes just helps make it stronger...

    I'm at JBLM signed my 199 Monday hoping to be out by 1 May got 40% DOD 90% VA I had to appeal the 1st 199 to get the V codes attorney said so when I file for CRSC it will make it more supporting. I have 45 days leave so hope I could be out by 1 May so I don't have to pay another month rent here

    Yes those are what my attorny wanted my to appeal before I signed my 199 to make sure that was in the code was in the refering condition so when I apply for CRSC it's more straight forward
