Your PEBLO can look up your INDEX number in their system. I think it took about a week for HQMC MMSR-4 (I'm assuming equivalent to PERS 954) to get the index number from the PEB. I believe the MARADMIN for the USMC stated that TERA was authorized, if waiving PEB results, until 2025 or 2027 so we should still be doing it for awhile.
