Sorry to hear that. I find it ridiculous that in an environment as strictly regulated as the military there are set timelines for completion of these tasks. There is no excuse for the amount of variation from one case to the next.

Received orders yesterday, but Case manager put the wrong damn retirement date. Gave me 120 days instead of 90; now waiting on amendment or new orders.

Been able to get on all the sites, but vMPF today. Fingers crossed it's back up and running tomorrow and orders can start flowing.

Sucks to hear that, but hopefully you'll have orders soon after they restore the network and get required applications up and running again.

Hope you have the information you need soon. I can't imagine how frustrating this process would have been if not for an outstanding PEBLO and MSC.

I hope my case manager is on the ball then. My PEBLO has been great so far so I think I'll call and see if he can push the case manager a bit.
