Are both conditions considered unfitting? If yes, then they take the higher rated item first, (say 20%), then the next highest rated item (say 10%), but the 10% is 10% of the remaining 80% which would be 8% and that is added to the 20%. There are two PEBLOS on the forum. Sascha Roberson is one of them. He might be able to assist you. You can ask him. It shouldn't take that long to determine fit/unfit. I would be calling your PEBLO everyday. You could also contact your VA MSC. The other option is to logon to ebenefits.va.gov...

At what point does that 90 days begin? Where is the regulation regarding the 90 days? I meet with my PEBLO to sign my 199 next week and was wondering if that is when the 90 days begins or if you have to wait for orders?

My ebenefits status changed around the 22 of May to Pending Decision Approval. It changed on 9 June to complete. Faster than I expected.
