In the last 10 days I have received my first RAS, which was incorrect for my April pay being paid 1 May. Also, have received a second on to change the first one and factor in the VA waiver of VA pay. Today I received a 3rd with an allotment for dental reducing my May first pay check again...

It's weird since my LES's were always correct on this issue. On my retirement orders from the PDHA it has a line that states "has completed 4 years of active service as enlisted or WO." Next to that it states: "Non Applicable." I had thought that since this was not a yes or no, it simply did...

Does anyone know if the "E" identifier/scale that prior enlisted officers pay was calculated during active duty is used to figure out high 36 for TDRL/PDRL retirement pay? Thanks all!!

What is you don't transition at an active Army base? My State says that they do not do this portion of the finance part. Is it just DFAS then with the DA 2656.

I was told by my MSC that by not checking this box does not mean that you waive military retirement. I would need to do a waiver doc for that. From my understanding, once everything gets to DFAS if mil retirement is more you will get that minus the VA. For instance if DOD is 5000/month and VA...

As I read this, if V1/V3 states "yes" on the DA199 then are saying injury did happen in combat and therefore a result of it? Thanks!!

I read the site. From this, I see that a reservist under 60 with less than 20 years (I am at 19) cannot receive CRSC even if their injuries that resulted in the Ch 61 retirement were 100% combat related regardelss of his/her VA and DOD rating. Bummer!!!! Maybe it doesnt hurt to aplly anyways.
