Really? on a 64 bit machine?

Ok folks, why is it we cannot log onto the VA site (Ebenifits) if we are running a IE 11, they told me I need to use IE 8..... well isn't it dandy, I have Windows 8 on my computer and it won't run anything less than IE 11. Anyone have a fix other than going out and buying an older computer?
