I'm currently awaiting my orders to San Diego due to my third LIMDU period. Brief history, I've had 3 back surgeries since 2018 (L4-L5, L5-S1x2). No fusion. Sleep apnea, anxiety, depression, insomnia, sciatica, bad knees, gerd.
My family and I live in Japan, and they will be staying here in Japan. My admin is terrible at the command I'm at, same with housing, so in order to get their rent payed for is going to be a nightmare, so I'm most likely not going to pursue it.
My main question is this.
While at NMCSD, for personnel on PCS orders for medboard, will I be entitled to BAH? I've tried reaching out to the medboard personnel in the office with no luck (Corona staffing maybe?)
Additionally, if anyone is currently going through their MEB/PEB in San Diego currently or recently, if you have time could we speak? Thanks!
