Finally moved on ebenefits to "preparation for decision"! It would be faster to watch grass grow at this rate....

1-800-827-1000 you have to listen to a voice recorded message and select the one for compensation and benefits
or if you go on the ebenifits site you can ask a question, and have em respond back within five days.
My husbands PTSD came back 50% DOD unfitting (We had been told to expect 70% DOD) but it didn't come back that way. TBI is also included in that same 50%. It was also not combat related. But says it is combat related in a another section. Even the Peblo thought it was a error. The Peblo was actually in Afghanistan with my husband lol, and said he could confirm it was combat related. Funny! We are also over 20 LOS so the DOD does matter to us as well. Off to see the lawyer this week. He is 100% VA without even including PTSD (only ortho). So that is good.
Well it says decision was sent out on 3/24, so should be getting something soon...

This whole waiting thing is driving me crazy!!! My stuff was received by the VA Feb 11 and the claim just closed on teh 29th. I see that people on this thread got to the VA after me but have their ratings already so I hope it will not be too much longer for me. Its difficult to start preparing for life after when you can't even get a real answer as to when you will be out. I just hope I do not get low balled. I have a VERY rare condition called Devic's disese or NMO. Its no joke. Fingers crossed.

Congrats. 90 is a good number. Hope I am as lucky. That is so crazy. My package was sent at the end of November and I am still waiting for ratings. IDES is just all over the place!
Delicious. I'm honestly right along with you on everything except for my findings. Haven't gotten those dirty girls yet. Also, the VA hasn't sent their ratings to the PEB.
That 90% will likely get bumped up to 100% after you get out, get your first VA payment, and talk to the DAV or VFW about a ratings reconsideration.
There is no way people have sent packages up that much later than mine and already getting results. Mine has been gone since Sept and still at the VA. Two more weeks will be my breaking point ICE complaints, letters sent to congress and house of reps. Done dealing with the mystical land of meb/peb, where no one seems to know what going on. I swear everyone claiming to get ratings on here is a bot to make us think these people actually do something. I have lost all confidence in whatever system they use, what a joke...
My PEB entire process from day one (meeting PEBLO) to receiving ratings was 258 days (would have been about a week or so longer I'm guessing but I kept calling and they had my ratings in and said F it...come sign, instead of making me wait until they called me) from there until my EAS posted put me at 281 days.... I EAS today. Finally going to get my DD214 @ 0730. 288 days from start to EAS.

I feel your frustration even though mine was sent a few months after yours. I have seen quite a few people, not only on this post, that sent their stuff in after us and are getting findings or already have them. I think the most frustrating part is that we can't get exact answers or set timelines. This is a major change in our lives and it would be nice to be able to plan accordingly. I wish they had a truly up to date tracker like the one Domino's pizza has. And lastly, I do not understand why the VA is unable to tell us our percentages? They're OUR percentages.
I agree.. My PEBLO has no information, the PEB sat on my unfit determination for over 3 weeks before even pushing it to the VA. Now I am still waiting on ratings from the VA since the middle of Feb. EBenefits just says Pending Decision Approval, been like that since Feb. Very frustrating when all you want to do is move on and focus on recovery and new life.
I was found unfit about a 2 months ago and my package is, from the PEBLO, at the ratings Officer. I have been in the process since Aug 2015 and my package was sent off in Dec 2015. Also, in my historical claims on Ebenefits it states the claim was closed on 28 March 2016. I am just stressing hard due to my wife just left for recruiting duty and I have both of our boys here by myself. The boys I can handle, but this constant waiting and continued "They are working on it" attitude is killing me. Per the site I am still at the Pending Decision Approval stage. Just sitting here in the dark with everybody else waiting for the VA to turn the light on I guess.
